HealthCamp Tampa 2013 will also feature a Learning and Action Network (LAN). This format engages physician practices and other stakeholders that influence health care within communities – employers, health plans, government agencies, policy makers, and social service providers – to find ways to collaboratively manage their limited resources to optimize the health of their patients. In addition, the LAN explores innovative strategies for transforming care delivery in physician practices and community settings while providing thought-provoking discussions on healthcare issues dominating today’s headlines.
